Final Friday Live Performance at the Mental Health Association's Pamela Glassman Building and Art Sale at 9Muses Art Center. 

2017 quarterly live performance and art sale dates: March 31st, June 30th, and September 29th. Artists showcase their work with a wide array of unique items including; Paintings, Sculptures, Handmade Jewelry and, Ceramics from 4 pm to 6 pm and a live performance of Music and other performing arts follows from 6 pm until 7:30 pm and is open to the public.

The mental health art center's Music Options Program is held on Thursdays and Fridays from 2-6 pm, led by Patricia Kennedy and Rick Aldret. Members can choose a song to sing for a live performance. Lessons in vocal technique and basic guitar and piano are also available.

The "Muses" musical band has performed throughout Fort Lauderdale at special events such as; The EPIC awards (Exceptional People Impacting Our Community), Jazz in the Park (live concert in Lauderhill, FL) and performed at the Korean Methodist Church's "Ringing in the Holidays" yearly event.

Musicians vary according to their availability and desire to serve their community and represent 9Muses Art Center to the public. They work tirelessly to give the best performances possible.

Dance class taught by Rick Aldret is available on Fridays: 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm and Saturdays: 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. Great fun and good exercise.
